Yotam Gadot served as Eltel's COO, responsible for the firm’s business development, marketing and budget control until 2002.  Retired from the IDF armored corps as a colonel in 1990. Since 1996, serves as division chief of staff. Formerly he served as brigade staff officer and commander of a battalion of Merkava III.

Born in Kibbutz Yavneh, Israel in 1961, married to Shlomit, father to Yonatan, (1998) and twins Yali and Shai (2002)
